Strategy and Tactics

We were set the brief to re-design the branding for this new development in Dublin 11. Our team of designers, developers, digital marketers, project managers and consultants all worked in unison to develop a brand that reflected the freshness, vibrancy and effervescence of the development.

We created the new look and feel through all touch points – both on and off line – which included the logo print materials, signage, press ads and website.

We ensured that the website was fully optimised for mobile visits, as research suggested this would be essential component to the marketing strategy. This proved to be the correct call – as over 80% of the leads came from a mobile device.

Once the branding and website phase was completed we launched the Facebook digital marketing campaign. This stage of the campaign consisted of setting up the page using original and eye-catching imagery, organic posts and paid advertising which involved using a balance of highly polished, responsive creative campaigns and intensive profiling of a highly targeted audience; which were researched by our experts in-house beforehand.
